The Village of Kings Creek Clubhouse is available for resident and owner rental and provides a beautiful, welcoming space for your special event. The facility features a separate, enclosed bar area, a kitchen equipped with a full-size refrigerator, microwave, and small sink, and an ample serving area perfect for hosting a buffet-style dinner, whether self-serve or assisted. Sixty-inch round tables and chairs are included. In accordance with fire department regulations, the maximum capacity is 100 guests.
