All vendors providing services at The Village of Kings Creek must obtain a Commercial Vehicle Pass in order to park within the property.

Important Rules and Regulations

• All commercial vehicles—including those used by handymen, cleaning services, and other service providers must display a Commercial Vehicle Pass issued by the Management Office while parked on the property.
• Permitted working hours:
  • Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Work is not permitted on Sundays or Holidays.
• Vendors should always check-in with the Management Office to ensure they are in compliance.
